Mr Bright provides a service to you subject to following a number of listed considerations otherwise known as our policies. By browsing www.mrbrightsmile.com you accept and agree to be bound by these policies. If you do not agree with these policies, you may not access this website or furthermore purchase any of our products. Mr Bright reserves the right to alter and change these policies without prior notice and it is your responsibility to review any changes made before using this website in the future. These changes will take effect from the time of posting on this website. The policies were last altered on the 20th December 2015.

Shipping & Payment

We are proud to offer shipping to anywhere in the world. For all Australian orders we run on a very fair flat rate of $5.00 and for rest of world orders we ask just $10.00, both sent via Australian post. We currently post via the following shipping methods. Australian orders Regular post - 2 to 5 business days - Tracking available. International orders Air Mail - 6 to 12 business days - Tracking available to all counties but those listed below. All orders made before 12 pm AEST will be posted on the day of purchase. International deliveries may incur customs fee's during their transit, we do not take any responsibility for the fee's incurred.

Refunds & Returns

If your product arrives damaged a refund may be issued. For a refund to be issued you will need to contact us at hello@mrbrightsmile.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel (please attach photos of the product damage). Our customer care consultant will then review photos and advise you where to return the parcel to by mail - once received a full refund will be issued for your original purchase price. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for change of mind or dislike of product.

Pricing

All prices listed are exclusive of postage and handling charges. Mr Bright reserves the right to altar any pricing without notice whilst we also reserve the right to cancel any orders where there has been an error on our website and an incorrect price has been displayed. In this case, all payments will be refunded.

Terms of Product Use

This website does not serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, this website is solely an online store for specialty beauty and oral products. Mr Bright does not manufacturer any of the products listed on this website, only distribute. Your physician or health care practitioner should be consulted if you have any medical questions needed to be addressed as we cannot provide you this information. The degree of effect of the whiteness will vary from patient to patient, depending on the structure of the teeth, the number of applications, or the duration that the system is used. Teeth whitening may result in a blotchy appearance to the tooth surface when the whitening gel has not been distributed evenly over the teeth. Teeth whitening fades with time and any unexpected results may be reversible, please consult your physician or health care practitioner if any unexpected results occur. Teeth whitening products will not whiten any dental work (crowns, veneers, cavities, bridges, etc.). By completing the transaction process through www.mrbrightsmile.com you accept all the risks associated with the product and agree that neither Mr Bright nor the manufacturer of the product is liable for any unexpected results or complications that may arise as a result of using any products listed on this website. If you are in need of medical attention, call 000 or your physician immediately. Mr Bright should not be used if you are under 13 years of age, pregnant, have current/previous health problems, periodontal disease or gums that are in less than average condition, experience high teeth sensitivity, wear braces, have had recent oral surgery, have decaying teeth, have roots that are exposed, have jaw problems or any other dental issues. It is the users responsibility to check all ingredients of any product prior to application to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

Lost Parcels

Mr Bright accepts no responsibility for any lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking will be available via the Australia post website. It is the customers responsibility to contact Australia post of 13 13 18 to file a parcel investigation in the event that a parcel is taking an abnormally long time.
