Directions

STEP 1. Ensure teeth are clean and dry before use. STEP 2. Open strip packet and remove lower strip from back liner. Apply with the gel side against your teeth. Repeat the process for your upper teeth. STEP 3. Peel off strips after 10 - 30 minutes. Rinse away any excess gel and admire your bright smile! FOR BEST RESULTS DON'T EAT OR DRINK FOR 30 MINUTES AFTER USAGE
